02. We receive an inquiry to fulfill orders
As a drop-shipping warehouse, we are here to prepare the shipment when customers come to you to purchase material. You send the order to us, and we process the orders from there.
We prepare for shipment
Once the order is processed, we prepare the shipment by pulling the correct product that each customer ordered, preparing the proper paperwork needed for shipping, and calling the carrier to come pick up all shipments.
04. The shipment is picked up
Once the carrier has picked up your shipments, the order will ship to your customer as soon as possible. Customer satisfaction is extremely important, including ensuring the purchased material reaches the customers in a timely manner.
